We are ideally looking for an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to take on this important Sous Chef role in our team. Sous Chef – package:
Salary negotiable up to £27,000 d.o.e.
Up to £4k Tips per annum
SUNDAY and MONDAY off every week
Split Shifts, finish around 10pm latest [sometimes 9.30pm]
28 days holiday [including CLOSED Xmas Day, Boxing Day and CLOSED 1 week in January]

Sous Chef – overview:
We are proud of our 35 cover Restaurant, focusing on creative, modern fine dining and ultimately seeking 2AA Rosettes, or more! We also have a more relaxed 30 cover Bar serving a variety of delicious, more traditional plates.
Our Head Chef has an excellent pedigree working within premium, fine dining Restaurants and he is passionate about the provenance of the ingredients we use.
We have our very own Kitchen Garden, currently almost an acre, and we are using some fantastic local suppliers, all within a stones’ throw of our kitchen, such as Huntsham Farm for our meats, Smarts Gloucester Cheese and Netherend Farm for our butter!
You will manage the team of 4 plus KP’s for 2 days a week which will be Tuesday and Wednesday, when the Head Chef is off and this is your chance to really shine.
