Area Manager – Contract Hire
Base £35k – £40k, OTE £60k + car and benefits
South East – London / Kent / Sussex

This role is a mixture of new business and account management – but with an emphasis on new business (80 / 20). Working from a home base covering the South East, you will create, secure and manage successful sales opportunities with fleet decision makers. You will focus on fleets with between 25 and 250 vehicles but can target fleets of up to 500. In addition to Contract Hire, you will promote ancillary products including Salary Sacrifice, PCH, Daily Rental, Accident Management, Fuel Management and Fleet / Risk Management. You will deliver against stretching but achievable targets with an opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

You are an ambitious sales professional with a demonstrable track record of success selling into the fleet sector. You have a great understanding of contract hire and associated fleet management services / products and are able to deliver new business as well as build and maintain long term and profitable relationships with your clients. You are a great communicator and excellent presenter – with strong negotiating and decision-making abilities. You are self-sufficient, well organised and used to managing your time to maximum effectiveness.
