Account Manager – Motor Dealers
This role is primarily Monday to Friday but you will be required to work some Saturdays – typically 1 in 4 (working from 9 am until 4 pm).
Weekday working hours are 8 am – 5pm
This office-based position is a combination of Account Management (50%) and Dealer Care Support (50%).
You will be responsible for building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with automotive dealership partners, providing ongoing dealer support through the rolling out of new product and product updates, completing assessment of tool usage and supporting CRM integrations.
Role will include booking and coordinating dealer training as well as delivering training once certified. You will monitor the installation and completion of all new purchased services to ensure proper communication to the dealership on progress and promptness of completion.
In addition, you will develop a strong working relationship with the territory’s Regional Manager and working together, you will identify and present product solutions, manage and close program trials and handle sales objections.

With experience within an automotive dealership retail environment, you understand the how motor dealers operate and can relate to the needs of the dealer to provide solutions utilising company products. You have excellent communication skills, can quickly develop rapport and build strong relationships – and are always professional and courteous.
