I was recently made redundant in March 2019 and I was in a team of five globally, I was the only one located in London and was one of the two lead Change Analysts. As a Lead Systems Analyst within the Change Management Office I reviewed and approved/rejected all technological changes that are raised globally. This involves the review of scheduled changes with various TAB, CAB and Exec groups to ensure that changes reviewed are approved and implemented in a timely manner without causing major incidents to the business. I provide senior leadership guidance and service support during P1 to P4 events/major incidents to ensure that major incidents are resolved in a timely manner, with appropriate actions to mitigate business/customer impact. I also am a member of the Service Management Office that is in charge with agreeing and managing SM policies and SOP within NBC Universal. I am responsible in producing the major summary reports to all stakeholders and senior managers and chairing all TAB, CAB and Exec group meetings. I was also responsible in managing/updating application configuration information held in the ServiceNow CMDB and Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications.
I also have experience in Data Center Operations, Data Entry, Payroll and Microsoft Office suite. I am highly motivated and well organised and meticulous attention to detail. I have extensive IT support experience in different organisations during my work career (HMRC, IBM, Friends Provident and NBC Universal.
I am willing to work shifts at short notice, on-call, overtime, and on weekends. I can start immediately.
